We have kayaks, paddleboards, beachchairs, & towels for your use. A backyard w/ your own picnic table, seating area, & hammock. An outdoor shower ! Minutes away from bay & oceanside beaches, biking, hiking & Nickerson State Park. 40 mins from Provincetown; & surrounded by quaint Route 6a, restaurants & shopping !

We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Welcome to our furnished and stylish guest suite. My husband and I live on the main floor of the house, and your private accommodations are located in the walkout lower level. Our place is perfect private getaway for you and your family, its location makes it easy for you to get around: 8 minute walk from the Electric beach 3 minutes drive from Main Street 5 minutes from the Bourne Bridge (Cape Cod starts there) . Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.
