This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor (two floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. The apartment is close to great restaurants, pubs and within walking distance to beaches ,shops and public transport. A real gem that will not disappoint you.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
