Alquiler de apartamentos para vacaciones en complejos residenciales en Municipio de Tivat

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Chiara, que nous n'avons pas vue mais qui a laissé la gestion en son absence à Nena qui est charmante et flexible. L'appartement est propre, joliment décoré, plutôt bien équipé, et bénéficiant de l'air conditionné dans toutes les pièces ce qui est très agréable au vu des températures extérieures extrêmes! Il est bien situé dans une zone au calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la première plage et restau, et à 10min du premier supermarché. L’accès au centre ville est plus long à pied mais est largement faisable (15 min approx) nous l'avons fait tous les jours, et est à 25 min du Puerto Montenegro. Nous recommandons !

Tijana is a great host and a five star girl. She is my new best friend forever, highly recommended. You won't find a better Airbnb host let me tell you!

mieszkanie bardzo ładne, klimatyzowane , przepiękny widok na zatokę z balkonu. Brak bezpośredniego dostępu do plazy( pomimo takiego opisu) Codziennie od 17- 20 brak wody, budynek znajduje się dość wysoko, więc jak wszyscy schodzą z plaży, to jest przerwa w dostępie do wody.

Очень хорошее расположение, тихо, красивые виды. Уютные балконы, на которых очень приятно было проводить время. Большое удовольствие было слушать пение птичек и дышать запахом различных цветов. При заселении квартира была очень грязная, но после дополнительной уборки стало чище.

Un grand merci à Clarice pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Grâce à elle, notre séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé et d'une propreté irréprochable a été parfait : Aéroport, gare routière, commerces, plage, centre-ville tous accessibles à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !!!!

Апартаменты расположены идеально,очень удобно если у Вас маленькие дети.Пляж достаточно чистый,мелкая галька+бетон.Рядом достаточное количество кафе и ресторанчиков.В 300 м всегда можно купить свежие мидии(2евро 1 кг).Продукты покупали в соседнем поселке Зеленика(есть большой супермаркет).Отдыхом остались довольны.Это место для спокойного,неспешного времяпровождения.Все достопримечательности тоже рядом(Херцег-Нови,Котор,Будва,г.Ловчен и т.п)

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Manzarası harika tüm körfezi panoramik olarak izleme imkanı sunuyor. Muhit olarak sessiz sakin ve huzur vericiydi. Aracı olmayanlar için yorucu olabilir çünkü bulunan mevki dik rampaların olduğu bir bölgede yer alıyor. Bizim aracımız olduğu için sorun yaşamadık. Plaja da oldukça yakın ve ailelerin bulunduğu bir yerdi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok iyiydi, bizi güzel yüzlü karşıladı. Ev fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi, klima yeterliydi. 1,5 yaşında bebeğimiz için park yatak hazırlamışlardı çok memnun olduk. Turist vergimizin ödemesi için de ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. 3 gün keyifliydi teşekkür ederiz.

Everything was perfect, it even looks better than on the photos! Small private beach is right in front of the apartment which was amazing! Nice, clean and cozy! Definitely recommend.

Квартира очень чистая и полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Всё оборудование и техника исправны. Во дворе дома есть место для парковки автомобиля. Красивый небольшой вид на море из гостиной и из спальни. Marija очень гостеприимная и заботливая, она всегда на связи и готова помочь.

Igor je bio izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv domaćin, kao i njegova majka. Stan je bio veoma čist, udobno i dobro opremljeno, baš kao što je opisano. Lokacija je odlična, a komunikacija s Igorom je bila brza i jednostavna. Preporučujem svima!

This is without a doubt the best Air BNB apartment we have ever stayed in!!! A new and polished apartment with a large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. A shower with a large shower and a balcony with a view of the bay. The apartment is air-conditioned. Private underground parking. Peter is available for any request. Supermarket under the house. The area is the best in my opinion in Tivat, a 10 minute walk to Waikiki beach.

Ny og moderne leilighet, stor veranda med fantastisk utsikt. Flott beliggenhet, i nærhet til både strender og by, mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Fint bassengområde. Anbefales!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

Modern nicely furnished apartment with a lovely pool and a responsive local host. Had a great time there
