We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

Everything was great! Place was amazing had everything we needed for a relaxing trip on the lake! Right next to a boat launch only sad this we couldn’t cast off of it 😢 but nothing to ruin the trip over! We had a great time by the camp fire and cooking lots of food!

Very nice place and responds very quickly. If I’m ever in the area and need a place I will book here again.

El hogar de Courtney es hermoso y se respira paz y naturaleza. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cálida y familiar, está bien amoblada y una cocina que nos permitió preparar comida durante nuestros 4 días. Adicional la zona exterior es muy acogedora rodeada del bosque. Hay varios Dollar General cerca para comprar lo necesario, también Jasper y Walmart está relativamente cerca. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo alejado del ruido de las ciudades y poder disfrutar en familia, recomiendo este lugar, Courtney fue siempre muy gentil y esto para uno como extranjero es muy valioso. very convenient location. minutes to Hemphill and toledo town. the place vas awesome. i have stayed in several Air BNB's and i must say this one has the most confrontable bed i have ever sleep in. after two long days of fishing it was nice to have a bed like that to stay in. also had a huge covered deck facing the water. enjoyed coffee in the mornings there and kids played corn hole all night there.

Great place to stay especially if you’re planning on going out to the lake. The garage surprised us with the size, we were able to fit a car and boat inside.

Exceptional experience! David is a wonderful and personable host. He is very accommodating and the location was perfect. He gave us great fishing advice and restaurant recommendations. We felt like we were at home and were very comfortable. It was peaceful, private, and exactly as described. Extremely clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Bob was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was small but exactly what we needed for a weekend. Beautiful lake front property with an amazing view. Bonus was that the shore line was perfect for pulling the boat up to.

cute cabin tucked away in the woods. really enjoyed our stay. in the listing it says shampoo and breakfast provided but they werent. other than that it was perfect.

Brenda greeted us upon arrival and showed us the room which was excellent. It reminded us of rooms in which we stayed when touring Europe--a cozy efficiency flat. It was ideally located for our purposes. Very quiet at night for a good sleep. We enjoyed it.

The place was very clean, beds were comfortable beds, friendly owner, very helpful for picking out dinner. The location is very peaceful. Great fishing or just bird watching. I appreciated the coffee. They offer breakfast and lunch for a fee . They also have a little convince store.

This was my second time staying with Mark and we will definitely be staying again in the near future. Mark is a great host and his place is well maintained and it seems he is always working to make things even better for his guest. There's a boat ramp nearby and you can park your boat on the water behind the rental which makes it nice for staying several days and keeping your boat in the water.

Great place for fisherman with access to a 2 car garage to keep the boats

Would recommend this cottage. It was very homey. Sheryl was very responsive and friendly. Gave us some amazing recommendations for around town. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
