Loved this place, I took a walk to the falls everyday and there’s a laundry mat close by.

Bruce was a wonderful host! He was very responsive from booking till departure, and made several wonderful recommendations for trails/parks/falls we would enjoy hiking. He went above & beyond, calling ahead to check trail availability as they close seasonally! He updated us on anticipated weather conditions prior to us traveling. He greeted us upon arrival, and had clear instructions available in the apartment that made our stay even better. His property /neighborhood are beautiful and peaceful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. He thoughtfully provided coffee for brewing & a fresh carton of creamer for us! We were able to explore the area, and also enjoyed spending time in Bruce’s space with our family. We weren’t able to take him up on his offer to host a fire pit in the evenings, but we did get to enjoy some lovely conversations with our host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and are looking forward to seeing Bruce again on future trips.

Loretta and Rick are welcoming hosts who truly want to make your stay comfortable. Our apartment was well thought out with nice touches and plenty of self help guidance to use the amenities. We were touring the Finger Lakes area for a long weekend and our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The quiet location is convenient to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen as well as the numerous wineries and cideries between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs, the space was immaculately clean, and everything was new and fresh! We loved our 4 day stay and plan to return in the future!

We spent a great weekend at Emily’s beautiful place. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped. We were warmly welcomed with flowers and cookies! The communication with Emily was very clear and easy. She shared very interesting information to help us plan and enjoy our stay. There are a lot of options for dining at walking distance. The area is so beautiful and there is a lot of wineries around to visit for tastings. We would definitively come back!

We loved this spot. It is super close to downtown and to Ithaca College. It is convenient to get to every place we needed to go. It was easy to get in and private with your own entrance and code. The place itself was perfect for our stay and it was comfortable and clean. We were back and forth from college and the included parking space was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Crystal and Jennifer were wonderful hosts! The stay was incredibly clean, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort we needed and more. The entire home was also gorgeously furnished! We were perfectly located within walking distance of everything we needed, including a small grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. We ended up walking to the farmer's market and it was a quick and beautiful 30 minute walk! On the occasions we would stay in, the kitchen was so well stocked it made meals at home feel easy and cozy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our weeklong stay at Ann’s was delightful, place is as described. Clean and so bright, makes a huge difference during Ithaca winters. Location was great for short walks to Gimme cafe & Ithaca falls, neighborhood is calm and quiet, we often saw the same neighbors out walking or shoveling sidewalks. The apartment was very tastefully and simply decorated, all amenities we needed for cooking meals and relaxing/ cleaning thru the week. Appliances and bathroom are older with some wear, but everything was fully functional. The design elements in the apartment are beautiful, you can tell their family has a history in architecture! Ann was responsive, friendly and helpful. We’d love to return here, particularly in darker winter months.

Allysa's lovely getaway was the perfect location for a peaceful bachelorette party. The space is chock-full of amenities, is cozy, and surprisingly spacious (the five of us had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable). Just outside of Ithaca, there is plenty to do, and only 30 minutes south of Usonia Wines (go!).

The place great. It’s some distance from Cornell, but just a few minutes by car or Uber. I had no difficulty at all using Uber.

Suzanne was a very welcoming host. We made this booking the night before and she graciously accepted it. She was there to great us when we arrived and made many suggestions for our stay which was extremely helpful. The place was just right. It was exactly like the listing and for cozy for our 4 night stay. Thank you so much Suzanne!

Bob was very kind and attentive. The place was clean, private, and had everything I needed. The area is beautiful, close to all my favorite things within walking distance. Will definitely be back and looking forward to it!

I had a wonderful stay at Terri's home. She was responsive and helpful. Her home was beautiful and it was the best night's sleep I have ever had while traveling. I definitely hope to stay again and would highly recommend her home to anyone traveling to the area.

Amanda’s place was easy to find and there were ample parking spaces on the streets during the weekend we stayed. We only stayed for one night, but the location was so convenient to get to downtown by foot. We would love to come back again when we visit Ithaca next time. Thank you!!

The apartment is stocked thoughtfully, well maintained and located close enough to get to downtown easily but also shielded from the traffic. Laura was super responsive and communicated proactively.

We had a great stay and would definitely return! The place is in a fantastic location downtown right on the Commons. Lots of great food and restaurant options just a minute away. The apartment is very spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all you need. We loved the vibe and felt like locals, right at home! One thing to be aware of is that 2 of the rooms have skylights so are very bright in the morning. The host provided very comfortable eye masks to take care of this so we weren't bothered by it, but it's good to know. Also, a number of steps throughout the apartment at entry and up to bedroom level so just something to keep in mind if accessibility is an issue.

Chance was very nice and hospitable. The place was very peaceful and quiet. Pool and hot tub area is very nice, weather wasn’t good so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Great hosts and so kind. Thoughtful down to the last detail. At first we thought their rules were a little intense, but they're understandable and don't really affect the quality of the stay. They're things we would have done anyway. They do offer a crib for folks with kids. We have a 1 year old that has just started walking and the apartment is about 25% baby proof. There were things that needed moved out of baby's touch and more outlet covers would have been ideal. aside from that everything was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and thankfully they had almost everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. It's just a few driving minutes from downtown and close to everything. But also far enough out where it was quiet and serene. Beautiful area and even better hosts.

Kayla’s place was super cute and very clean. Bed was comfy with room darkening shades so we could sleep in. Easy communication. Would absolutely stay here again!
