This rental is our home that we rent occasionally throughout the year. This is a two family home, with each side having it's own entry. The other side is a dedicated rental (Belle Sherman House). This listing is an arts and crafts home that is well cared for. We have been successfully renting this house for years. Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide some breakfast items and coffee. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road.
