Absolutely loved the location and the views from the apartment!! The beach and pier, are just a short walk away. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and great walking loop for your pups, if they come to vacation with you!

Adorable apartment!! Very clean and has everything you need! The view is absolutely stunning and the neighbors let us fish off their dock! Super kind people! The host was VERY responsive and made check in and check out very smooth! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is a GEM! Truly has the best views, walked to restaurants and shops. Can I also mention Elijah’s Oyster & Fish Camp along with Kilwins was the absolute BEST & it was all in walking distance! Host is wonderful and the place is beautiful. Definitely will be back!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

I had a very comfortable stay at Jody’s place. The apartment was newly renovated and in the best location in Wilmington downtown with a beautiful view from the balcony. Parking right next to the building was very convenient

Absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are bookmarking this and will definitely be back. We enjoyed having the convenience of being able to walk to bars and restaurants downtown. Also only 20 minutes from the beach!

It was a beautiful house with lots to do around the area. The hosts provided lots of activities and amenities for the beach and even just hanging around the house. She was super quick to respond and very clear with instructions and we would definitely come back to this house again!

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

Great communication and the best view in all of down down Wilmington. I will not waste time searching any further in the future and book my trips based on availability to this place.

This beautiful house on the river was the perfect gathering place for family togetherness and relaxation. The location was so peaceful and the house so well equipped. We didn’t have time to enjoy the kayaks, but did spend some quiet time sitting on the beautiful dock. The open areas and huge kitchen in the house made family meals and conversations so easy. The close proximity to Old River Farm was perfect for an event. We loved our stay!

We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. Tyler was such a great host and very responsive. We felt right at home. Tyler provided everything we needed. I left a personal belonging and Tyler allowed me to come back and get it. Beautiful home and we will definitely be staying here again.

Joanne’s place was perfect for our family’s spring break. The waterway view was fantastic especially at sunset. The house was clean and well stocked. Cute beach decor and a closet full of games. Enjoyed having linens provided, even beach towels. All the appliances and washer and dryer seemed brand new. Stable internet connection so my husband and I could work when we needed to without interruption. Smart TVs had Roku and all the streaming apps. We walked to the beach easily. We really enjoyed the kayaks. We boated to Sears Landing for breakfast and Max’s pizza for dinner. Both were excellent. We fished off the dock but had no bites. Might be too cold in March for successful fishing. We did not have any trouble and had everything we needed and more. Thank you Joanne! We hope to rent again soon!

Perfect spot for the two of us! Enjoyed walking around and eating on the cape fear river every night. Had a great time

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

Great weekend getaway. Close to all of the shops and restaurants. Parking was a huge plus, felt comfortable leaving my car parked in the garage all weekend.

My wife and I had a great stay at Warren's place. The apartment was perfectly located for visiting Wilmington since it is a short walk to everything downtown and provides a parking space there. We enjoyed the view from the balcony of the Cape Fear River and the battleship. Everything inside the apartment was comfortable and useful. Warren had great communication and his videos of the check-in process were helpful and made it easy. I would recommend staying here to any traveler.

This was was located directly downtown making all the restraints and bars super accessible. It was so convenient to have the free parking. The view from the balcony was directly across from river and the WWII battleship, which my husband loved! Even being downtown, the area was still relatively quiet and would be a great place to bring kids!

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

This place was awesome! It had beautiful views, was cozy, and in walking distance to EVERYTHING. The host is great and very helpful. We will definitely be booking here again.

Loved staying at Taryn’s. It was homie and cozy and everything I could’ve asked for. I wanted a small clean place with things to do around it and it’s exactly how I imagined it! Nothing wrong with the place at all and if there was something that Taryn needed to tell me she was quick to do so. Quick to text back and flexible. 10/10 place will 100% be staying here again.
