(12-15 min walk) Great for vacation stay for families and couples. Pärnu offers: beautiful beach, lot of spas, restaurants, shopping centres and green areas. Closest bus stop is 5 minute walk (Side / Kanali). There are 2 grocery stores nearby one is Turu Rimi 500 m away and closest is A1000 store which is 300 m.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

The apartement is easy to access as it's on the first floor. It is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood near the beach. There is free parking in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for cooking - pots, pans, baking tray, different kniwes etc. The tap water in Pärnu is clean, has a very good taste and is good for drinking.
