The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Just 300m from Torquay's famous off lead dog beach and a short walk to local dining and shops, it's a perfectly serene coastal getaway, ideal for a relaxing escape. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please note this is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or functions.
