Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

Federico ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert und auch eine spontane Änderung der Ankunftszeit war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Fußgängerzone. In der Wohnung findet man zudem alles was man zum kochen etc. benötigt. Es war ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür 😊

Appartamento ordinato e pulito, dotato di ogni accessorio necessario, in posizione straordinaria fronte mare. Spiaggia di sassi, ma al mare si accede comodamente anche tramite un piccolo pontile con gradini. Abbiamo usufruito anche di paddle messi a disposizione da Donald. Il paese di San Lorenzo è tranquillo. Le località più vivaci sono a pochi kilometri di distanza. Donald è simpatico, preciso e presente in caso di necessità. L’appartamento è ideale anche per chi viaggia come noi con il proprio cane. L’accesso al mare ai cani è consentito quasi ovunque e in qualsiasi ora, ad esclusione di alcuni brevi tratti.

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Angelo’s apartment in Cividale. This is a stunning high end property with olive tree floor boards, marble bathrooms, real Murano chandeliers, two very comfortable double beds and the huge terrace with the best view of the town. You can just enjoy your holidays chilling out on the terrace overlooking at the old “devil‘s bridge” and you’ll be fascinated by beauty of Cividale. There was everything you need in this apartment, including welcoming gift from the Angelo - lovely drop of prosecco from prosecco hills region. Also we tried the restaurant which Angelo suggested us. Absolutely delicious local specialties. And city tour is also very interesting. Overall the best traveling experience since long time. This place is truly Italy: accommodation, history, food, nice fashion shops and no mass tourism! We highly recommend!

Sandros großzügige Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, da die Wohnung selbst ruhig ist, aber viele nette Bars, Lokale, Plätze, Treffpunkte für ein lebendiges Leben sorgen. Als Gastgeber ist Sandro unglaublich hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und antwortet auf Fragen immer ganz schnell. Wir kommen gern wieder und können ihn nur empfehlen.

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Sin duda una muy buena opción a la hora de visitar una parte de Dolomitas, la casa de Ennio es perfecta y cómoda, tiene cubiertas todas las necesidades que puedas tener y está en un lugar muy bonito! Sin duda repetiría 100% Especial mención a los bizcochos que prepara Ennio ♥️

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren perfekt. Alles ist sehr hochwertig. Toll sind auch die schönen Panoramafenster. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Annett und Famile

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Megaschönes Appartment mit Blick aufs Meer. Cooler Bereich zum Relaxen, große Terrasse, feiner Pool und zum Abschied gab es ein Fläschchen Olivenöl von den Bäumen auf der Terrasse... Herrlich

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

The house is huge and we had a wonderful experience. The infrared spa sauna was also a treat. Loved every moment. Stefano was very helpful and responsive.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Lara is a wonderful host. She has thought of what she would like in an Airbnb and provided it in her own. She was brilliant at arranging early check in and helped us with a noise issue effectively. The apartment is spacious, modern and (important to me) has perfect black out shutters, fans, AC and coffee!! A note on the location; it is obviously not in the lagoon or in any sort of tourist area. The bus stops are over the road and it is easy but it gets very busy on there and you may end up standing both ways. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. You can get the train one stop using the one day passes for the boats etc. That was more comfortable (for us). There are places to eat but it’s not like there is something every five metres as in the lagoon. We walked to Mestre centre and went to Da Pino which was utterly wonderful but less good if you are on tired legs! None of this is a problem but worth mentioning if travelling with a party that’s less mobile. Overall great place!!

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
