Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. This child and dog-friendly*, single-storey cottage is one of Cheristow farm cottages, clustered around the former farmyard; Guests can use the spa room with it hot tub & sauna and the children's play area, with long green views to the sea. *Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £25 per dog, per stay of up to 7 nights.

Set in the North Devon AOB, part of the UNESCO biosphere reserve, Little Barton Hartland is half way between the village of Hartland (30 mins walk, partly through the woods, 7 mins drive) and the beach at Speke's Mill Mouth (30 mins walk, partly on National Trust land). Views out to Lundy. A wonderful escape from the city! Relax into an old fashioned, family house and enjoy the birdsong!
