The stay at Durita and Fróðis place turned out to be above our expactations. Stunning views, lots of space and superfriendly hosts. Would love to come back another time.

I cannot recommend Alvur and his accommodation highly enough. The guide book was extremely helpful and Alvur gave us some extra tips based on what we wanted to do. We arrived at the accommodation late but access was easy and there were snacks left which were very welcome. The accommodation is spacious and clean. There were also a range of streaming services on TV which we had not anticipated. We cannot wait to visit again!

Vi trivdes godt i sokkelleiligheten til Eli. Leiligheten har alt man trenger for en ukes opphold i Torshavn og Færøyene. Både kjøkken og bad var utstyrt med gode fasiliteter. Wifi fungerte også bra til både streaming og FaceTime. Noe lytt, så vi hørte når det ble gått i etasjen over, men ikke noe mer til bry enn man må forvente i en sokkelleilighet. Helt stille om natten. Beliggenheten er ca. 10 minutter fra Torshavn sentrum, hvor man finner matvarebutikker og restauranter/cafeer. Det stopper også en buss rett utenfor som tar deg rundt i Torshavn gratis. Kommunikasjonen med Eli var svært bra. Svarte raskt på meldinger, og vi er svært takknemlig for at vi kunne disponere leiligheten fram til vår avreise på ettermiddagen. Vil definitivt bo her igjen hvis vi returnerer til Torshavn!

We had a wonderful stay. Clean and spacious apartment, dedicated parking, and close enough to downtown (either walking or via the free bus) to make trips easy but in a quiet, residential area.

Logement à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et avec une belle vue sur la ville. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit de passage! Je recommande!

We had an incredible stay at Nena’s place. She’s really responsive and helpful. The house is in a strategic position since it’s only 10 min by walk from the town center and it’s easy to find park. Fast WiFi, smart tv, big shower and full optional kitchen. 100% recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Høgni's. After a problematic start to my vacation (nothing to do with where I stayed!) Finally getting to my location Høgni really made me feel at ease and was very informative about his property and the sounding area. My stay was very comfortable and homely. The location was perfect, allowing me to move to place to place easily. I would give this a 5* rating. I have some advice for fellow travellers if you are coming from the UK. Be prepared that your phone signal won't work I use EE. I had to purchase a local sim card from Tórshavn the day after I landed, allowing me to use my Google maps.

Comfortable and cosy place to stay. People complained about the TV being in the small downstairs bedroom, but I thought it was very cosy and convenient to have it in there. The view out the window is great and you have a small local supermarket 1 minute walk away. There are also very nice hikes from the doorstep. I hiked to Fjallvatn lake which I can highly recommend. There are many other options. I would recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Torhallur's. His place was clean with everything we needed. It was nice to relax in the morning and evening looking out the windows. The location was perfect for us. Close to all the islands and away from the main cities. There are two grocery stores 5 minutes down the road. Not many restaurants or shopping stores, but that is what we came here for. Communication was great. We had one thing come up and Torhallur came that day.

I stayed at this yellow house for 3 days while visiting Faroe Islands, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is cozy and well-decorated. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket and gas station nearby, and it's also close to several attractions on the islands. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking, But the best part was that Tom and Leivur are incredibly friendly and there was a guidebook provided, really wanna stay here again when I visit the Faroe Islands next time!! 真心非常推荐，谢谢！

We had a wonderful stay at the house. it was perfext for two, but can easily accommodate more (3 bedrooms of which we only used 2). the interior is a true gem - a way-back-machine to the early 20th century, antique furniture, a shockingly well equipped kitchen (really, kudos for that! ther is also a cupboard with proper cocktail tools, something i've never seen in airbnbs before...), while not missing out on any amenities. I would gladly come again! Also, there was the most lovely guest book. If you want to check out the Elusive Glass Puffin and where to find it plus other guest's local recommendations, you need to visit yourself and have a look!

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable! Cabaña muy acogedora, limpia y cómoda. Especial mención al buen funcionamiento de la cocina (solo tiene 2 fuegos pero son de inducción y funciona perfectamente). El baño, a pesar de ser pequeño, está muy bien aprovechado y la ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura. Por supuesto, las vistas son inmejorables. Solo podría mejorar el tener toallas grandes (solo había toallas pequeñas), pero quizás fue por un descuido. En cualquier caso, no nos supuso un problema como para molestar al anfitrión. Si estás por alojarte en la zona no lo dudes, tiene una excelente relación calidad- precio :)

We really enjoyed staying in this cute, typical, Faroese home. The location is great and was very easy to find. I was having a birthday during our stay and the owner, Jorun, was kind enough to make a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant close by and even had a gift and card waiting for me when we arrived. Very special! Can’t say enough about her hospitality and tip she gave us before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Óluva's place! The location was perfect and we were easily able to go into town down the street, and it was a great location to base ourselves in the Faroe Islands! The view from the apartment was great and it was wonderful to have all the amenities (like a full kitchen and laundry) during our stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting the Faroe Islands!

We had the best stay at Paulina’s place! It was perfect for a group of 3 travelers. We loved the running stream right outside, it was so relaxing to hear the sounds. The outside is perfect for morning coffee (we were lucky we had great sunny weather during our stay). The location is easy to find and walkable to all the main sites/restaurants/shops in Torshavn yet it’s tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and had a very comfortable stay. Paulina and her husband were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for such a memorable stay! We hope to return again!

Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en het werkt. keuken en badkamer kunnen een update gebruiken. Goede bedden, prachtig uitzicht en een hartelijke gulle host. Ga lekker fish and chips bij hem eten in Klaksvík. Prima uitvalsplek voor het noorden van de Faroer

Guðrun was super friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions to do in the area. The place was small but nice and cozy. The furniture was brand new with everything we needed. The apartment had a nice view of the mountains around it and was in the center of where we wanted to hike and see.

Fint sted med to separate værelser (1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng og 1 stue/værelse med en enkeltmands seng) Fin beliggenhed og udsigt! Veludstyret nyere køkken og gode parkerings muligheder. Vil bestemt anbefale stedet!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questo splendido appartamento. Molto pulito e funzionale. Tanto spazio, Cucina ben attrezzata, tanti elettrodomestici, una grande Smart TV, ma soprattutto vista stupenda. La posizione è ottima per visitare le Isole Faroe, in poco tempo si può raggiungere la capitale è tutte le isole. Non ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, per quelli bisogna spostarsi nella capitale che comunque dista solo 30 minuti. A 10 minuti c’è un supermercato ben fornito. Raccomandiamo questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono godersi la pace delle Isole Faroe con una posizione strategica ma anche super tranquilla.

We absolutely loved our stay at Helgi’s. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, cozy, and had ample space four our family of four. Helgi went the extra mile in providing a highchair for us. We would definitely stay again!
