The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Infinity pool in Chianti

Sulle colline del Chianti, porzione di antica casa colonica in pietra del 1800, situata a S. Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

En la primera planta está la sala de estar y un pequeño espacio-despensa (no es una cocina completa) para guardar comida y preparar una comida ligera o un café . Subiendo un tramo de escaleras se llega a la segunda planta, donde está el dormitorio con una cama doble y un sofá cama. Junto al dormitorio están la cabina de ducha y el baño. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.
