Have your own space in this beautiful detached modern cottage. Centrally located in vibrant Totterdown, yet tucked away in a quiet side street. It's a 15-minute walk from Bristol's main station, very close to main bus routes, and has many shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The cottage was fully-renovated in 2025 and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Outside there's a private gated driveway, paved terrace, and raised garden.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Nice little flat in central Bristol in an ideal location to access anywhere in and around Bristol. (See reviews.) Situated directly opposite the entrance to Temple Meads train station, but still quiet. The flat also has its own patio entrance. I'm away sometimes and am happy to host any discerning visitors who will treat my flat with respect. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival.
