Welcome to "Patty's Place", a quiet retreat, where you can escape the hustle and bustle to relax reading a book near the creek or spend a rainy day playing games or a puzzle inside. Our place in Hiawassee is close to Lake Chatuge, Brasstown Bald, the Appalachian Trail, and Bell Mountain for outdoor experiences and only a 20 mile drive into Helen's Alpine Village. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to Alzheimer's support programs honoring the legacy of my mother, Patty.

We are located off a quaint country road, only 1/2 a mile from Lake Chatuge and surrounded by the Blue Ridge mountains A lot of love has been put in this restoration and now it’s time for your family to make memories of your own.
