The cwtch apartment.

Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 2 is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall.
