Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Lake George is on the Fairmont Chain of Lakes, which gives you access to all kinds of fun on the water. Swim, fish, water ski, snowmobile, no matter what time of year you will discover your kind of fun. After a day on the water, relax and watch the sunset from the back patio or hit up the near by restaurants for some live music!

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. No kitchen. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally (no AC needed). It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Quite-End of the Road Suite-Lower Level

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Located on the edge of Fairmont we are minutes away from Mayo Health, shopping, bars & a brewery, restaurants, parks, lakes and other great points of interest. *Quiet-End of the Road Suite..our nightly rate includes cleaning service fee.*

Whether you're planning a trip to New Ulm to visit family, partake in one of our cities many festivals or looking for a quiet retreat, we'd love to have you be our guests in this newly renovated cape cod home! The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.

Bless This Tiny House is a 267 sqft Tiny House parked alongside a huge, beautiful deck overlooking the lake! Take the kayaks out on the lake! Chill in the hammock with a good book. Grill burgers and relax by the campfire while the sun sets! The Tiny is especially cozy in the winter! Unplug and play cards in the leisure loft! The perfect setting for a couple's retreat! Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
