This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Holiday home "Olive" is a lovely villa in a traditional village near Tučepi, on the slopes of Mount Biokovo with a terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the islands of Brač and Hvar. It is ideal for a peaceful family holiday in nature, only a short drive from the incredible beaches of Makarska Riviera. House is renovated in a traditional Dalmatian style with a lot of care for details. "Olive" is air-conditioned, has wifi, barbecue, parking space, SAT/TV and it is pet-friendly.

This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.
