Logement au calme et a quelques minutes a peine du tramway qui dessert une des places centrales de la ville. Bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Bien qu étant excentré du centre ville historique, c'est très agréable de regagner le calme après une journée dans Rome. De plus le quartier de Trastevere est un vrai coup de coeur. Gros point positif du logement : les deux pièces ayant chacune une salle de bain. Cela permet d'avoir chacun son espace si,comme nous vous venez a 4! Merci Mannicci!

illaria was a pefect host. Very responsive and was there to receive into the house when we arrived. She showed us around and told us the best use of public transport to visit the tourist places. She was kind enough to even give us complimentary coffee at the nearby Bistro. She was a perfect host and the place suited perfectly to our family needs. There was a supermarket next to the place which was very convenient and a park for my daughter to play nearby. Will definitely recommend for any tourist wanting to visit Rome.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! The location is super convenient—there’s a metro station right downstairs, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The room is spacious, and the interior design is absolutely stunning—stylish, high-end, and full of thoughtful details. It felt just like staying in a luxury hotel. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great value for the quality and service. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Marta’s apartment in the heart of Trastevere. The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, even with our 14-month-old baby. Marta was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!
