The studio is separate to our main house located down the driveway in the garden. Located a short 10 min drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

Situated at the rear of my home, the studio has high quality furnishings, its own private entrance and sunny outdoor deck complete with BBQ. A small kitchen provides for most needs and shared laundry facilities are available. The king size bed boasts luxurious linen and can be converted to two king singles.
