Just like described and comfy place to use as a base to explore. Taco bar/restaurant almost next door was wonderful, as well as produce stand down the street… and bike/scooter rental, restaurants, etc Hot tub not hot, fyi, but cools you off from a hot day.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

Excelente lugar para pasar vacaciones en familia. En una zona muy exclusiva con construcciones modernas y con todos los servicios a la mano. Puedes ir a pie a la farmacia o a la tienda. El departamento está tal cual las fotos, muy limpio y ordenado, aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente. Súper recomendable!!!!!!

Very nice place with everything you need. Comfortable beds, sofa, great wifi. The terrace and swim up pool was amazing. It was very quiet when we were there, not many tenants or renters seem to be there at the same time. We are glad we had a car even if bikes would have gotten us pretty far also. There are lots of cute places within the Aldea Zama neighborhood we noticed as we walked around. Somewhere we understood there were bikes that would come with the apartment but that was a misunderstanding, however there are bikes to rent everywhere. Not that it matters but this property is managed by a company so you will not be communicating with Mariana per se or at least not only. They are very responsive however. Something we noticed from coming to Tulum over the years is that getting access to beaches to enjoy the day is getting a lot harder and more expensive. Even the free beaches have barricades and guards trying to charge an entry.

We are a family of seven and had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Tulum. The villa had everything we needed and more, with a very personal and thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was a big hit—our kids spent hours in it every day! It was perfect for relaxing and having fun together as a family. One thing we really appreciated was how well-stocked the villa was—especially with towels! There were plenty of them, which made everything so much easier with a big family and all the pool time. Gaëla was incredibly kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to help with anything we needed and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really made a difference. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tulum. It’s the perfect spot for families or groups looking for comfort, style, and that extra personal touch. We’d definitely love to return!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Ana’s airbnb. Ana and the host Irma, were both extremely helpful, welcoming and supportive during our stay. They gave excellent recommendations and assisted with all our questions. The home is the perfect peaceful getaway and I will not only be recommending this location but I will also be returning.
