L’appartamento è molto bello, ma necessita di alcune rifiniture, dovete essere elastici sulle piccole noie, quali i rumori dei condizionatori nelle camere seminterrate, oppure il bagno che perde dal doccino ed allaga il pavimento e se lasci aperto fischia tipo allarme di auto. Piccole cose sulle quali abbiamo serenamente sorvolato vista la spesa. Cuscini da letto molto alti e forniture cucina incomplete e alcune da sistemare. A noi, Comunque, la casa è piaciuta molto, eravamo in 7 ed abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al mare, la tranquillità e la cura del personale nello spegnerci le luci esterne al mattino, aprire e chiudere i cancelli sul mare la mattina e la sera e togliere l’acqua dalla parte in comune quando ha piovuto.

Sassia’s apartment is beautiful, and I had a lovely, restorative stay. The space has a gorgeous balcony with a lookout over the ocean, and the sunrises are phenomenal. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well stocked with essentials. Most of all, Sassia and Houcine make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Appartement très propre et bien situé en bord de mer. L’entrée se fait en autonomie et Ridha est réactif, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande !

Karim’s place is so great. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in Djerba. It’s super spacious, clean, and peaceful. And the decoration inside is also great. And Karim is always helpful with every requirement I asked. Really enjoyed staying there. Me and my cat had really a great and lovely time there for more than one month. Definitely recommend his place.

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. Bardzo duży, przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony dom. Kuchnie doskonale wyposażone. Łazienki czyste. Pokoje duże, zaopatrzone w szafy, wieszaki. Cudowny widok z tarasu. Bardzo dobry, pomocny, kontaktowy właściciel. Szybko odpowiada na wiadomosci. Polecam z calego serca.

Logement extrêmement agréable. Magnifique vue sur la mer à travers la végétation. Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et reposant.

L'appartamento era molto confortevole, due camere , due bagni e una bella terrazza sul mare. Abbiamo trovato in cucina qualche genere di prima necessità, che è stato molto gradito. Grazie!

Nice well furnished place right at the doorstep of Sidi Bou Said beach. Seif was a helpful and friendly host. To beae in mind if no car, an uphill walk to the nearest amenities including restaurants/supermarket. Overall great stay!

2nd time here after we got married last year in Dar Mabrouka. Wonderful location with beach and sea very close, 2 min walk to sea. Cozy villa with amazing views and flowers. Close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Foued and Carolina are highly recommended hosts

⸻ Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Foued en Tunisie. L’accueil chaleureux de sa maman nous a particulièrement touchés, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Foued a également été très réactif tout au long du séjour et nous a donné de très bons conseils qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre passage. Un grand merci à eux pour leur hospitalité et pour ce beau séjour !

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

Appartement idéalement situé, avec deux magnifiques terrasses offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. La chambre spacieuse est équipée d’un lit king size très confortable, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Le centre-ville de Monastir est accessible en 15 à 20 minutes à pied, et des taxis passent régulièrement à proximité pour faciliter vos déplacements. Notre hôte, Wided, a été exemplaire tout au long de notre séjour. Très réactive, elle a rapidement fait intervenir un professionnel pour résoudre un souci de fenêtre, et a même pris l’initiative de nous apporter une cafetière dès que nous lui avons signalé son absence. Sa disponibilité et son attention ont vraiment fait la différence et contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. L’appartement a beaucoup de charme et un fort potentiel ; seul un rafraîchissement de la cuisine permettrait de le sublimer davantage. Cela n’a en rien entaché notre expérience, grâce à l’accueil et au soin apportés par Wided.

The host was very nice and accommodating person. He was answering very fast on our messages. The apartment met our expectations and was exactly how is the description in the app. Fully equipped with all the amenities that one family need for long stay there. I recommend with bought hands and I hope will visit the place again soon!

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Séjour très agréable, le studio est bien aménagé, la cuisine est bien équipée, salle de bain très propre. une très belle vue sur la mer, l'hôte est hyper sympa. je reviendrai l'été prochain Nchallah et je recommande vivement.
