Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Forglen Estate -Garden Bothy Hideaway

The Garden Bothy is our warm and cosy couple's retreat. Situated in a quiet corner the of the estate next to the Walled Garden it is an ideal place to hideaway for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the lovely walks around the estate. It is a stones throw from Garden Cottage, our other property which can also be booked if you want to bring company on holiday but have your own space too. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.

This small attractive self contained flat is on the ground floor of a three storey traditional Scottish stone building. It has its own private front door. There is another mini flat on the same level. It is just across from the sea, the Marine Aquarium and close to Macduff harbour.
