Мы провели незабываемый отпуск в сердце Тосканы, а Davide и Annaliza сделали его еще более приятным! Было очень приятно получить по приезду бутылку просекко и для нас приготовили горячую джакузи с видом на Сан-Джиминьяно 🥰 наш отдых начался сразу! Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями! На любые наши просьбы Davide и Annalize отвечали моментально и помогали во всём. Дом очень милый, чистый и уютный, каждая деталь продумана с любовью, а из всех окон открывается сказачный вид на природу Тосканы! Мы влюбились в это место и хотели бы вернуться. Спасибо большое за фантастический отдых.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Gianluca war ein sehr fürsorglicher Host. Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation einfach, unkompliziert und schnell - in sehr gutem Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für jeden der Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht inklusive großem Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Gianluca hat uns sehr gute Restaurants und Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Vor allem auch viele Insidertipps, d.h. keine Touristenhochburgen sondern lokale in denen Einheimische essen. Чудесный фермерский дом, где нет рядом соседий и шумных мест. Рядом дорога по которой проезжает одна машина раз в несколько часов, утром можно завтракать в саду с красивым видом под пение птиц. Хозяева всегда на связи - замечательные люди. Буду рад вернуться в этот дом 🤗

Non occorre usare parole ridondanti per dire quanto ci siamo trovati bene; e' evidente come nella deliziosa casetta di Sandra ogni cosa sia stata sistemata per rendere la permanenza degli ospiti il più possibile gradevole. Pulizia, dotazione di accessori, posizione, posto macchina, tranquillità della zona...e l'elenco potrebbe proseguire a lungo; e poi che dire di Sandra, una persona di una solarità fuori dal comune che accoglie i propri ospiti con un sorriso che è come un abbraccio....grazie mille e complimenti, speriamo tanto di ritornare!

Soggiorno fantastico per due persone con vista mozzafiato e accesso diretto al mare. Donatella è molto disponibile come host e saprà darvi consigli utili su porto santo Stefano e calette della zona. Super consigliato!

I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! This was the perfect, cozy, peaceful stay. Daniela and her family were so kind, they made us feel right at home. The grounds were so beautiful, and just a short walk up the hill, through the vineyard, and you get an incredible view. Within a 15 minute drive, there are some great restaurants and vineyards to check out. This was truly a perfect stay for us, we loved everything about it.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Wir waren im Januar/Februar vier Wochen in Letizias Haus und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Wir hatten im Haus alles, was man für eine Workation benötigt, Internet ist stabil, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, wir haben zwei Räume als Arbeitsplätze genutzt. Im Obergeschoss kann man gut mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, viele Töpfe, Pfannen, genügend Geschirr, auf dem Gasherd macht es richtig Spaß zu kochen. Zumal im Supermarkt, 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, sehr guter Fisch und Gemüse zu kaufen ist. Der menschenleere Strand ist keine 100 Meter entfernt, der Ort ist zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig, einige Restaurants sind geschlossen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass unsere Hunde auch mal draußen in der Sonne liegen konnten. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank Letizia!

Allesia and David are amazing hosts and the house exceeded our expectations and had the most fantastic view. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and super markets and even offered help with reservations. David checked in during our stay to see if we needed any help, which was very thoughtful. We will definitely be coming back!

Wir (Pärchen) waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal bei Fabio. Es ist einfach der perfekte Ort für einen gemütlichen, ruhigen Urlaub zu zweit. Das Häuschen ist absolut top! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Weekend da sogno nel cuore del Chianti Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana indimenticabile in questo splendido casale immerso tra le colline del Chianti. Ogni dettaglio della struttura racconta una storia e contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente, curata ed autentica. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben curati, ideali per condividere momenti speciali con gli amici, sia all’interno, davanti al camino, che all’esterno, sotto il portico o nel magnifico giardino. La cucina è attrezzatissima, perfetta per cucinare e cenare tutti insieme; il barbecue esterno è l’ideale per godersi la splendida carne toscana. Il panorama è semplicemente mozzafiato: colline verdi, le torri di San Gimignano in lontananza ed il silenzio della campagna toscana che regala pace e relax. L’accoglienza di Eva è impeccabile e ti fa sentire coccolato. Un weekend tra amici, risate e spensieratezza in un posto magico! Assolutamente consigliato!

Pool mit Blick in die Berge war traumhaft. Wer die Ruhe sucht wird die Unterkunft lieben. Weg vom Massentourismus aber trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Meer ist aber auch in 50 Min zu erreichen. Einmal haben wir auf Empfehlung von Giovanni eine schöne Bootstour von La Spezia nach Cinque Terre gemacht. Küche war super ausgestattet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Laura, trotz des nicht so guten Wetters. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft und lässt nichts vermissen. Laura war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cottage Elena is nothing short of a dream and the pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful and serene the views are. We are already planning our next trip back! The hospitality was truly special.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we absolutely fell in love with this place! The scenery is gorgeous, the view from the cottage did not get old! Very private setting in a peaceful neighborhood. Andrea was a fantastic host, along with the help of his lovely parents. He communicated with me at every step of the way making sure all of our needs were taken care of. Could not be happier with our stay and it made our honeymoon very special.

We had the privilege of staying a month in this beautiful stone house nestled in a forest with outstanding views of the Umbria hills and the medieval village of Rotecastello. Tranquility itself taking long walks in the woods with the birds chirping throughout the day. The house is centrally located to quaint local villages such as Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto as well as many others. Florence is only a 2 hour drive. The town of Marciano is a few kilometres away with all the amenities needed to make delicious meals at home and if you like fish, on Tuesdays and Thursdays the truck in the centre of town is excellent as is the homestead pasta shop. Gabriele and Valeria, a sophisticated couple who show their dedication to their guest from the interior cleanliness and decor to the gorgeous flowers surrounding the house. Very welcoming couple always with a smile, yet still honouring your privacy. Arturo, their dog is an absolute joy. This is a 100% recommendation all around!
