Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.
