The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The apartment is quiet and with mountain views. Was renovated in 2018. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (the house has 3 apartments). It has 1 x bathroom, 1 x bedroom, 1 x living room (bedroom) and a nice storage room (height 190 cm) with 2 cots. There are two parking spaces to the apartment. It is located 200 meters from Kurpark Schwangau. In the village there are food markets and restaurants. The Royal Therme is about 600 meters away. The Forggensee is not 2 km away.

Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.
