Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Refurbished workshop, set in the small, tranquil village of Taliesin, halfway between the towns of Aberystwyth and Machynlleth (ancient capital of Wales). The village is walking distance of the Wildfowler pub and award-winning Cletwr cafe and community shop in nearby Tre-r-Ddol. Above and around Taliesin are many beautiful woodland walks, it's close to the coastal path and short driving distance (or bike ride) to the popular holiday village of Borth and unspoilt beach of Ynyslas.

There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

And the star gazing is magical! Attached to our family home but with your own private entrance, newly fenced decking area, garden area and covered hot tub. The Old Bakery is a very tranquil place to stay.
