Nice and modern apartment central in Ulsteinvik. If you like outdoor activities the apartment is close to both the sea and the mountains. For indoor activities, Ulstein Arena is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Here you find the local library, indoor climbing and swimming/indoor water playground. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Walking distance ( 15min) to the famous Ålesund City center with its Jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld. Volda, heim m utsikt i landlige omgivelser, 1 etag

Innredningen et en blanding av retro, gamle skatter og litt nytt. Dyner og puter er stort sett nye. Kan skaffe tynnere om det er ønskeleg. Vi bor på landet , bygda vår heiter Hjartåbygda, 10 min m bil frå Volda sentrum. Her er ikkje utbygd kollektiv trafikk, so de bør disponere eigen bil. Fint turområde rett ut døra, merka stiar. Ellers stille å rolig. Rett ved sjøen, og m bil er det ikkje langt til mange av sunnmøres flotte fjell.
