The Catskills are the destination for hiking, art, skiing, swimming or checking out the local food scene and breweries - all within minutes. Guests have the second floor to the home with no shared spaces with host. Outdoor seating with grill, barn with bocci and other yard games. King size bed, day bed with plush bedding. Spacious new bathroom with tiled shower and skylight.

Large private studio in gorgeous country! Comfortably sleeps 4. Queen bed & pull out sofa bed-memory foam mattress, private bathroom/shower. BASIC kitchenette: Mini-fridge/freezer, Microwave, Countertop oven/toaster (no hot plate/no stove top!) Blender, Keurig machine, free coffee & tea. Wine opener, can opener, bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses & mugs. 1 towel per person, bed linens. Soap & shampoo. Charcoal grill available.! NO TV! Free charcoal. Studio is adjacent to owner's house.

Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

The Carriage House: Garden Apartment

We offer a private apartment located on the first floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern decor and amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

And when you tire of all the outdoor fun, check out local wine, cider, and whiskey tastings, antiques shopping, and delicious local restaurants.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

A 5 minute walk to the Heart of Saugerties with great shops and dining. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on a private deck overlooking the water. If you are lucky you may see a bald eagle fly by or perhaps catch a glimpse of Sopie the harbor seal who sometimes plays off shore

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.
