Your stay here will be relaxing and peaceful in a private and spacious suite with a private dock & kayaks. Located in Hector, you’ll be surrounded by wineries, breweries and farm to table dining. The bnb is located on the second level of unoccupied storage space but your entry requires just two steps as seen in the photos. The path to the lake is well lit a 60-90 second walk. I live between the bnb and the lake so I’m available at all times. Please read “The space” below for all the amenities.

Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

Studio Apartment by Parks Lake Wineries & Cornell

Lovely studio apartment above Cayuga Lake, walking distance to the state park swimming area and trails. Walk to the park on the road or a trail, an uphill climb on the way back. Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dinner ware and coffee maker. Willow Creek Rd. is the closest residential area to Taughannock Falls State Park, where you can swim, hike, fish, kayak and boat. Close to wineries! Well heated and cozy in the winter, AC in summer.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to two kayaks and a paddle board., fire pit, ( you supply your own firewood),outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
