La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
