Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2018 errichteten Haus im Zentrum der beschaulichen Ötztaler Gemeinde Längenfeld. Die Umgebung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und sonnig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock und besteht aus einer eingerichteten Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.(Gesamtgröße 56m²)

There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 5 per adult per day)
