We had a great stay! Perfect location in Georgetown, and excellent communication with the hosts!

Absolutely gorgeous home. ALL the amenities! Master bedroom is HUGE. Master shower is superb!! All bedrooms are nice sized and all have their own bathroom. Basement is really nice too. Can’t say enough good about this home. Would definitely rent again!!

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Check-in was easy, and the motion-sensored lights were a nice touch when returning to the apartment at night. The pictures matched exactly, and the space was very cozy and comfortable. I had a car and was always able to find a nearby parking spot on the street, no matter what time I returned. The neighborhood was beautiful—there’s a park nearby with bikes and scooters available, a charming coffee shop with small bites, and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance that the host recommended. My stay in D.C. was delightful! Would definitely stay again!

I would give Jose 10 stars if possible. This is probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever had in the DC area. Jose is a superb communicator. The water is hot, beds are super comfy, internet fast, apartment quiet and immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend most highly.

Great location and very spacious! I personally had a hard time locating the unit and understanding that it was the bottom unit. Then, I didn’t understand which doors were locked. It may have been my own ignorance but the check-in took about 30 minutes of us trying to figure out which unit it was and then how to get it. The unit was clean and had amazing amenities. I think it may be a little dusty because we had some allergies while staying there. But overall, would stay there again :)
