The bed was comfortable. The marina was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Sherry was great and full of info getting us checked in. We walked everywhere. Be sure and check out the USS Constitution at night. Also note the way the marina works with high/low tide, it’s impressive. We were happy we opted for the Little Pearl, it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Boston. We appreciated onsite parking. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time aboard the Zep Tepi! The boat is beautiful and spacious and the marina and setting are lovely! If you want to really get away and experience sleeping with the peaceful rocking of a boat, book this now! Chelsea was responsive and helpful as we got used to the workings of a boat too.

We greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jenny's AMI property. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I + our 2 teenage daughters. Jenny was a perfect host -- from start to finish she was always very communicative. The instructions were very easy to follow -- and she proactively reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The scenery from the living room window was beautiful -- we saw many dolphins just fro the couch. The location on the eastern side of the island was new for us. We had previously always stayed on the western side by the gulf beach -- but found this location charming -- and at the end of the day, very easy to access the beach. The best on the east side, while not as famous as the Gulf -- but pretty to sit on in its own right. I would highly recommend this property for the value and quality of the host. We have tried larger, more expensive places with pools, hot tubs, etc. -- but the value on this rental was great.

It was short and sweet but peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed and everything went smoothly. I recommend this experience if you are looking to be on the water and enjoy natures music.

Just as the previous reviews state, Rob was tremendous in every single aspect. He is especially great with communication and is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating with bottled water and he provided a treat in the form of Charleston wafers, which my family loved. Rob even check-in with us to see how things were going along the way. I was initially concerned about how comfortable my family of five would be, but Rob reassured me that we would be fine and I’m happy to report he was right. To give you an idea I’m 6’3” 300lbs, my wife is 6 foot, my oldest is also 6’3”, the other two aren’t a big concern YET anyway with respect to height and weight. We all slept comfortably and had fun diving into nightly movies from his movie collection on-board to avoid the heat. We had an awesome experience on The First Lite and hope you will too. Thank you so much Rob for sharing your vessel with us to build on our family memories.

Having the option of staying on a sailboat in a marina was absolutely wonderful since we were able to have views of the beautiful lake and 360° views of the hills in the area! The location was perfect and could’ve been within a good walk to town, although it was too hot to walk when we were there. The marina was quiet, but picked up a bit Friday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse, which has a nice under covered seating area that made it a great respite from the heat. The bathrooms & showers were clean and the Harbormaster, Mark was very nice. There was a bit of confusion on the time when we arrived to check in. Chuck asked our ETA which I provided and we arrived a few minutes before then. I did not text when we arrived since I had already given our ETA, so we did wait around for a bit for him, but I think he thought we were going to text when we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal because we were enjoying the scenery in the area. We really enjoyed ourselves there!

I had a brief but very enjoyable stay here. It's an excellent change of scenery without going far away. Ronald was a thoughtful host and good to chat with. He gave me the tour and suggestions about nearby spots to check out. This is definitely not a "quick in, quick out, instant book" kind of place, but chances are if you're looking at boat rentals that's not what you're after anyway, and I will say if you're looking for a peaceful, laid-back setting, it's here. Notes for others who might be considering this spot: 1. Nothing is exactly close by, which is kind of the point. Expect most destinations (grocery, bar, etc) to be 20+ minutes away. 2. If you're tall, watch your head! But you get used to it quickly. All in all, if you're looking for a boat experience, I recommend this one.

Dennis was more than hospitable. Periodic showers come through in Florida regularly and he was always attentive if we needed extra towels to dry the boat. He even brought out fishing rags for my husband to use. This was a trial to see if we would like to houseboat part-time in retirement. The verdict was a definitive YES!

STAY HERE!!! This is a unique way to experience Fort Lauderdale and added a layer of fun and excitement to my stay. Rose (the host) has done a fantastic job of making the space comfortable and is warm and welcoming. I was able to walk into town or to the beach and honestly probably could have done without a car rental but I’ll remember that for next time. If you have a sense of adventure and are headed to Fort Lauderdale, keep this stay in mind. I know this will be on my list of places to stay again. I felt safe and happy every time I was in or out and Rose was very accommodating when I asked to check in early. Her welcome book is full of great advice for things to do or places to eat and there are little notes all over the boat to help with instructions since it’s not your typical Airbnb room or house. I’m looking forward to my next Graceland stay.

Everything was as described and more. The boat was lit and welcoming with unexpected touches. Alex was super responsive to any questions. And there are so many sea lions! Really unique and comfortbale experience.

This was a perfect experience!!!! Exactly what I needed!!! It a very unique experience and a perfect way to getaway and unwind simply!! My husband and I took a quick Florida getaway to beat the NJ winter and this place was exactly what I needed. It was such a wonderful change of pace. It truly reminded me that life is simple. Keeping it simple is where happiness lives. Thank Alejandro. You are amazing!!!!

This was our second stay- this place is so cool you won't want to leave! The Egg Harbor is one of my favorite boats and Pura Vida is a fine one, thanks again Tony love your place!

Unique experience, with lots of personal touches that we really appreciated!

I’ve stayed here many times and will keep coming back. If you’re looking for a peaceful, waterfront haven in a wooden yacht where seafaring history embraces you, this is it IMHO. I always sleep like a baby here. I always come here solo and always feel safe.

Evan was an incredible host! Me made me and my partner feel so comfortable and cozy in the space. It was so peaceful sleeping near the water, and we enjoyed all the little personal touches on the boat (lovely art, candles, etc.). We also had fun grilling, and really appreciated the way Evan had everything so thoughtfully arranged. He was a very warm and friendly host, and we enjoyed chatting with him and learning about the boat! We will definitely be back for more adventures on the water! Also, the sunsets are gorgeous!

the accommodations were spot on and atmosphere added to the excitement. watching the sun set from the upper deck with a couple beers was priceless. If you like to fish you can easily catch dinner from the back of the boat. Mangrove snappers were a abundant using shrimp during the day and the big boys were caught using shrimp at dusk. Lots of good restaurants in the area also. Book it and when you see Ron tell him Margie and Kevin say hi and thanks!!

Terrific stay for a 4 person friends weekend in the city . Would highly recommend to others as a unique alternative to hotel!

Great host, in every way! Cute, quaint, lovely place to enjoy quiet for two people, but also close to action if you want it. Can’t wait to stay again in a few months.

Johnathan place was fantastic. We booked last minute and Johnathan was able to accommodate my family of 7. The place was clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. The back patio was also nice. The kids enjoyed the hot tub while I was out fishing. I did bring my own boat. We did catch largemouth, striper and catfish off the back dock. About 15 mins boat idle speed to fast water for those of you who are planning to bring your own vessel. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Hillside cabin. The cabin was very clean and roomy. We were there during peak colors this fall. The lake and surrounding area was beautiful. They are doing a lot of improvements on the cabins. Can’t wait to see when all of it is completed. We are definitely looking into booking two or three of the cabins this summer.

We loved staying on Chad's boat so much, we didn't want to leave! It was a beautiful location, and such a fun experience to sleep on a boat. We walked to a wonderful seafood restaurant, and had a great evening enjoying the sea air and time on the deck of the boat looking at the city skyline. We can't wait to come back! Chad was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had.

Had a lovely time. Would definitely do a repeat stay in the future. The host was proactive and able to answer all my questions. The charter experience was incredible.
