If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.

An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.

A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.
