This is my second time at this property, although a different unit. The property is well located, and very comfortable!

The air b&b was my home away from home for 11 weeks, it felt like home instantly. Matt and his wife are very friendly and responsive. I loved the home, the space and the walks to the best downtown ST. Charles shops and restaurants. I was here for a law enforcement training and all agencies around stated this was the best and safest area to be staying, I couldn’t agree more. I would recommend this home over and over again. Thank you for making my stay a great experience especially from being away from home for so long!

Great experience! Jane and Matt were extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was even better than represented. The kitchen was great with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and living spaces, inside and out, were perfect for extended family (4 generations - ages 15 months to 92) attending a family event. A very solid 5 stars.

Where to begin…from the moment my sister and our spouses selected this house for our meet in the middle of our states visit Brandon was quick to reach out and ensure everything was perfect for our visit! The location is perfect…right on the river and walkable to restaurants, winery, and shops. The house had so many fun extra’s that we really enjoyed! The plethora of games, record player/great albums, foosball, putting green and much more. We stayed up late playing records. Outside was a beautiful deck with a great view of the river, lots of seating and a fire pit with wood/lighter fluid to start a fire quickly. We had the best time just sitting around the fire and enjoying the river and the beautiful evening. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house was super cute/cozy with comfy beds. We loved that we had several choices for dining just a short walk away. The bike trail behind house was great! We love the house, hospitality and town. We will return!

This places was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and comfortable, had what we needed. We were there on a Friday night…be warned it can get a little noisy outside so if that bothers you, then staying on a fairly busy street with lots of businesses probably isn’t for you. We weren’t bothered at all. Lots of great stores and restaurants on the same stretch of road. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful time in downtown Grafton for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The house is in a great location for walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and more. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere after celebrating her birthday! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for me and my pup! Bed was comfortable, showers were clean, water was hot. Fenced in yard was safe, use of the garage was wonderful. Location was amazing- will definitely be back!

Always a pleasure staying at Lisa's home. We've stayed there several times before and love the "at home" comfortable feel of the place. Lisa is a great host! I highly recommend her place!
