The Nest

This charming 3-bed cottage with private parking and garden is situated in Shawford, near to the historic town of Winchester. Walks along the River Itchen, swimming, fishing and picnic spots are on your doorstep. Local pub in Shawford and pubs in nearby village of Twyford. Winchester is also accessible by foot ( 45 mins) or a short 5 minute train or bus away. London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. This newly refurbished, self-contained garden annex has an en-suite bedroom and a living room and lies in the garden of a family home on the edge of the hamlet of Little Somborne, a stone's throw from the popular village of Stockbridge, at the heart of the Test Valley and a short drive to the Historic City of Winchester. The Lodge has its own west facing patio and has far reaching views over the beautiful Hampshire countryside which is perfect for morning coffee or evening sundowners.

The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

Secluded and quiet with pleasant garden views. Nicely furnished to a high standard throughout. Crawley is a beautiful classic English village with an excellent gastro pub, within easy walking distance. We will be available to offer help and advice on the many places to visit in the local area.
