The property is incredibly cozy and perfectly located just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Jimmy and his wife were fantastic hosts, offering great recommendations for places to visit and where to find delicious local food. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I traveled with my husband, teenage sons and my parents and there was something for everyone to do. Matt was a great host and we would definitely stay here again!

Amelia’s house is better than the photo’s and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, especially for visiting the beach and if you have little ones, they will love the play room and safe grassed back garden. It is an easy and quick 6 minutes to Madeira beach and only 5 minutes to the nearest Publix supermarket. Amelia is also a quick and responsive host. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so glowing.

Stayed with my husband, 1.5 year old and my parents and we had the best time! The balcony stairs made access to the beach and pool very fast. The host was polite and communicated well. The condo was clean and packaged necessities were there to get us started, i.e. laundry pods, shampoo and conditioner etc. Beds were comfy. People at the pool and other common areas were friendly and family oriented. Closet next to the parking spot is packed with everything you need for the beach; chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys etc. The location was wonderful, a ten minute walk to a few fun restaurants (guppy’s being our week’s favourite) or a 15 minute drive into Clearwater for a bigger scene. Most of the area from Indian shores to Clearwater was open and bustling. The property grounds did start some restoration construction while we were there which distracted from the peacefulness so if that would bother your group then be sure to ask. We had a great week and would love to stay here again.

Exactly what I needed for a work trip.

Good location and easy walk to beach and restaurants. House was newly renovated, clean and matched the description. It would be helpful to have more hooks over the door, in the bath and for towels as well as a luggage rack or place to set a suitcase.

I would call Scrugg’s Harbor the hidden gem of IRB! Fantastic price for the location, and Morgan and her team go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to Kamp Komfort waterfront cottage since it was available and wow- just what I needed to have beautiful beach views from the living and kitchen area. The back porch is HUGE and the perfect spot for sunset, dolphin and bird watching. Restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The place is spotless inside and even the sand is raked. Washer/ dryers, chairs umbrellas and more available for use. Located on a quieter stretch of the beach which is fantastic! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beach cottage lifestyle!

Séjour de 9 nuits en famille Appartement très propre avec tous le nécessaire ( pastille vaisselle, capsule café, machine à laver, glacière, fauteuil de plage, lit bébé, chaise haute etc... ). Piscine chauffée très agréable après une journée de visite. à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Clearwater. A 30 minutes de l honeymoon state Park, superbe plage dauphin dugong. Super séjour on recommande.
