This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Matt's place was fantastic. Beautiful views, comfortable house with plenty of things to do. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the pool is beautiful. Palm Beach has plenty to offer, but staying at the house all day was preferred. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here and enjoyed the long weekend. Easy to commute to wherever you need and located nicely for our needs.

I will recommend for all people who need greater place to stay in heritage park to book this house, well organised, good furnitures and a speedy wifi I can’t wait to come back here

Awesome mini getaway. House was amazing. The slide, size of the block, Putt putt, park next door and beach so close made it so easy to amuse 6 kids ranging from 14 to 18 months old. We had 3 teenage boys, no technology and didn’t hear I am bored once. Thanks for the amazing weekend. We will be using you again and coming back to the property in the future.

Andy was very helpful and accommodating. We had a home emergency and were grateful the property was available. Communication was easy & we never had to wait long for a response. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The kookaburras in the morning was also a great surprise for the kids.

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Such a great spot to explore Coochie from. Ole’s place was clean, neat and tidy and perfectly set up. Walking distance to everything you need. Just pack some snacks and take advantage of the island’s cafe, bar and restaurant.

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

Sure! Here’s a review you could use: We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place in Banora! He was super responsive and made check-in and check-out really flexible, which made everything so easy. The house was great value compared to others in the area — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We loved the little touches like the welcome snacks and the huge selection of board games, which kept everyone entertained. Everything we needed was available, and the whole experience felt really relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. The hosts were great and let us check in early as we had some unwell guests needing to rest. The house was perfect, clean, tidy, well stocked in all areas. Lots of kitchen utensils right through to extra pillows and blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family at this property and we'd love to come back. Location is perfect with Pacific Fair only 4 mins away. Highly recommend... host was very proactive with communication. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Our host Pete went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We had a small intimate wedding at the house. The amenities, kitchen and abundant living areas were very well appointed, which made the whole experience seamless. The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. We cannot thank Pete enough for his support and caring attention to us. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, we are planning our next family reunion at the house next year. What a fabulous place to stay. Enjoyed lovely evenings on the veranda with a glass of wine. Good walk to the nearest ferry terminal and thus easy access to a multitude of restaurants etc on the river. The swimming pool was a real bonus which was fully utilized by my granddaughters in particular while the older members of our party laid back and enjoyed the views over the river. Suki was an excellent host who was easily contactable and very helpful.
