Cosy 2-bed Cottage in the heart of the Peaks.

This sweet & cheerful cottage, which is a small converted barn, lies in the middle of Hulme End's attractive hamlet. It's surrounded by fields & hills & is at the head of the Manifold Valley's walk/cycle track. Opposite is a café & a well-loved, family & dog friendly pub is a two minute walk away. Nearby Hartington is a pretty, well appointed village, & many of the Peak District's most loved attractions and towns, each with their own, individual characteristics, are just a short drive away.

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

Great base for exploring this beautiful part of the White Peak, very popular with walkers and cyclists. Ideal for couples or single guests. Has a galleried double bedroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting/diner with kitchen area. Featuring beamed ceilings. Small south facing sitting out area and off road parking.

The perfect base for a relaxing break or an activity-based holiday in the Peak District National Park. Lovely beamed, open-plan area (sitting, dining and kitchen) upstairs. Two double bedrooms (king beds) with en-suites (shower/sink/toilet); one twin room and a family bathroom downstairs. Drive with space to sit (outdoor furniture Apr-Oct). Parking for 3 cars max. No pets

Cuckoostone Barn is a stunning property set in the White Peak area of the Peak District. The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .

Tucked away in the unspoilt village of Butterton it’s surrounded by beautiful walking & cycling routes, including Thors Cave. After a day exploring you can relax in the sauna, have a home cooked evening meal delivered or visit the traditional village pub. With an on-site gym, 4 acres perfect for dogs, the summer gin shed & great views over the village you’ll find it hard to leave.

Hut in the Hills Peak District, Unique & Tranquil

A perfect tucked away escape located in the stunning Peak District. A traditional Shepherd's Hut set on the edge of a large open field with rolling views of the countryside. A very secluded spot, pure escapism! Quirky & unique perfect to unwind away from the bustle of daily life. The hut sleeps two in a double bed. All bedding and towels are provided. In order to not make the Shepherd's Hut too cramped we have a separate utilities hut just a few feet away.

Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a delightful hideaway in the lovely hamlet of Elkstones in the Peak District. Affording a little taste of country living with views over 'The Secret Valley' being enjoyed from the outside seating area.Enjoy waking up to the sound of a wood pecker and falling asleep to the hooting of an owl.  (Unless they are on holiday themselves) . Tea bags Coffee Sugar Cereals Milk Bread Biscuits and other Surprises are provided. Sky TV all sports & film

The adventure begins at The Old Stable

The Old Stable is nestled in a tranquil corner of the Manifold Valley in the glorious Peak District. Take a stroll across our fields to join the Manifold Way, an ideal starting point to explore the endless walking or cycling routes in the area. Or take a shallow paddle or a wild swim in the natural pool in the river Manifold, which runs alongside the stable. The Old Stable itself offers flexible, stylish and cosy accommodation to suit families or friends.
