Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

Your unit is part of beautiful Portage Lake Cabins a resort on Portage Lake. Enough parking for your snowmobiles. Access to the trails right outside your door. You will enjoy the many amenities in the summer which include outdoor seating, picnic tables, gas grills, beach, dock, fish cleaning station and a gazebo on the lake. My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

Entire Back Unit in Lake Linden

Private, cozy, 1 bedroom loft style apartment. We live in the front unit but will give as much privacy as you need. Home located on the main road through Lake Linden, just 20 mins from Michigan Tech, 15 mins from Houghton and 10 mins from Calumet. The best thing about our location is how close we are to so many gorgeous spots, including a beach, playground, campground and Torch Lake. We have a two night minimum stay.

The Retro Roost: Walk to MTU and Downtown Houghton

- Walking distance to MTU campus, Jim's grocery store, downtown Houghton, and 20 miles of ski/bike/hike trails - Retro, cozy and private one-bed/bath unit with a kitchenette and attached garage Park in the garage and walk directly into the unit! Hosts Adam and Jana live upstairs with their family and dogs. There is a cot, and a fold out couch in addition to a queen size bed, for extra sleepers, if needed.
