There are lakes & reservoirs in every direction for your water sports. Hiking trails are everywhere.

This unique place has a style all its own. Awesome views, great location, super cozy tiny house. Relax after a trip to Zion just 30 minutes away. Local coffee shop and grocery store walking distance. Amazing hikes and bike trails across the street. The famous Gooseberry bike trail is a 10 minute drive. The Red Bull rampage event is just minutes away. Private pond and access to Laverkin creek. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
