We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We would like to express our gratitude to Joke and Ralph for providing an exceptional AB&B apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the immaculate condition and meticulous upkeep of the property, which was in pristine, almost new condition. The apartment was equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities including an ironing board with iron, washer and dryer, cookware, dishes, utensils, a sofa along with a private bathroom, a charming patio furnished with furniture, a room with a queen bed, and a lovely breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen area. All items were in excellent condition. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with a small supermarket approximately five minutes' walk away. Joke and Ralph are an outstanding couple, genuinely concerned about ensuring that all our needs were met. Without hesitation, we can affirm that this AB&B is truly superior. We highly recommend it as a top-tier accommodation, meriting a full five-star rating.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab nichts, was gefehlt hat! Bequeme Betten und ein tolles Bad mit allem, was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist absolut Top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Diederick hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Fragen geantwortet, toller Gastgeber! Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

To była nasza pierwsza podróż z dziećmi. Onno postarał się aby niczego nam nie zabrakło! Piękne miejsce i okolica. Las, cisza, spokój ale też blisko żeby dostać się do różnych holenderakich atrakcji i większych miast. Bardzo miło wspominamy nasze pierwsze wakacje we czwórkę, dziękujemy Onno!

This was a perfect place to stay for the week I was in Ede for work. Very comfortable accommodations in an interesting setting. Felt very safe. It was nice having the cafe available. Location is within a short walking distance to trans and busses. Would highly recommend! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location. And close to public transit. Easy to get to shopping and tourist areas. A rare find! Will be back to stay again!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Monique war von Anfang bis Ende problemlos und für uns sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und einladend, bietet aber auch genug Privatssphäre. Monique haben wir als sehr sympathisch und offen kennengelernt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een heerlijke plek, waar de liefde die erin is/wordt gestopt heel voelbaar is. Het voelde als thuiskomen, niet alleen door de locatie (Utrechtste Heuvelrug is fantastisch), maar ook de plek op het park en Lydia zelf. Ik heb echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

This is not just a house, it's a home. The atmosphere is great: nice furniture, tasteful decorations and lots of inspiring quotes. We loved it. Good big kitchen to cook and to have long dinners. There's an airy living room so even with seven people you can still breathe and find a quiet spot to read. Anne and Martijn allowed us the TV and Nintendo which the kids loved after walks in the surrounding natural parks. There is lots of greenery nearby and Utrecht is close and offers interesting museums and shops. The supermarket is very close as well so no time gets wasted on long trips to get some food. Anne was easy to reach and very kind. They even left a surprise and lots of nice post its. Our Christmas holiday was the best!

Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Umgebung (auch nahe von Utrecht und Amersfort) - sauber, schön ausgestattet, gemütlich und bequeme Matratzen - Parkplatz direkt neben dem Ferienhaus mit Garten - Zugang zum Schwimmbad mit Rutsche - viele Spielplätze in der Umgebung - Supermarkt ungefähr 10 Minuten mit dem Wagen. Jannes hat uns im voraus darauf hingewiesen, daß keine Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Einziger negativer Punkt: Nachts ging leider die Heizung zurück, sodass es sehr kalt wurde. Wir kommen jedoch gerne wieder.

Great place to stay - super quiet location with huge garden. Lots of downstairs space to relax in. Great location to cycle to Utrecht and quite close to the railway station. Don't miss the deer just up from the car park where the entrance track starts. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere yet there is an Albert Hein supermarket just around the corner. Things to consider - none of these affected our stay but just for info. - we would definitely stay again. Closely follow the instructions to find the way to access the property. Being located in a wood online mapping apps struggle to find a good way in - get to the car park off Prins Bernhardiaan and you're nearly there! One of the beds is located up a ladder and has restricted headroom - it was very cool, but possibly not ideal if you had limited mobility. It is a family house so don't expect every cupboard and shelf to be empty - not a problem for us we liked seeing that a family lived there as well.

Excellent logement au sein du camping. Tout est disponible sur place. Très belle localisation avec beaucoup de clame. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Le logement était idéal, avec tous les équipements sur place. Notre hôte, Jannes, a été très réactif et nous a appelé afin de savoir si tout était bon. Je recommande cet hôte, tout comme cet emplacement

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Utrecht. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr gut gelegen! Man befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt. Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und mit dem Rad ist man schnell im Grünen.

Die Wohnung war so schön, dass ich sie gar nicht weiterempfehlen möchte 😉 Tolle Lage, ruhig, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung, alles da in Küche und Bad. Ich habe sie direkt wieder für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft von Barbara, und es hat unser sehr gut gefallen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön, und boten genug Platz für zwei Personen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, und insgesamt gut erreichbar.

My 2nd stay with Saad in this beautiful apartment. Always a great place to stay. Location is easy to get to many places including train to see more.
