We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. In Poljaki in der Nähe von Barban befindet sich die ruhige Villa Casa Oleander - ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus auf 2 Etagen. Im EG befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Essplatz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein WC . Im OG befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Im Außenbereich ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, Grill und Loungebereich sowie der beheizbare Pool und eine Solardusche. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück wird durch eine Mauer eingegrenzt.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
