Tanto amparo como Paula (coanfitriona) han sido súper atentas y amables. Son unas anfitrionas maravillosas y súper contentas con la casa. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y a pie de playa, desde luego que es una estancia que repetiríamos en una época que se pueda disfrutar al 100% de la ubicación a pie de playa y la piscina de la casa. Es tal cual lo qué ves en las fotos además de ser una casa acogedora. Una experiencia de 10 ☺️

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Myriam's chalet is wonderful. It is spacious and cosy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very large and well equipped with coffeemachine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and stove The tv has a great soundbar. The veranda is perfect, the views are awesome and the backyard is huge, as is the parking space in front of the house. We enjoyed the pool and the quietness. The chalet is easy to find and well located at ca 5 minutes drive from Montserrat where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, plenty of pubs and restaurants. We loved the soft fleece blankets which came out handy during the cool evenings on the couch. A shower curtain in one bathroom, cushions for the sun loungers and a small (sauce-) pan to boil water in or cooker for tea would have been convenient, but we got by perfectly anyway. Miryam welcomed us warmly and was always reachable. Gracias Miriyam! Nos encantaría volver🥰

De locatie is geweldig aan het strand. Binnen kan het een en ander wel een verfje gebruiken maar alles is verder aanwezig voor een goed verblijf, zelfs speelgoed voor de kleintjes Mario was erg hulpvaardig, we hadden iets laten liggen en hij heeft de moeite genomen om het naar ons op te sturen, geweldig!

Antonio es un anfitrión perfecto; estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades y nos atendió en todo. Volveremos.

Wir hatten von vorne bis hinten eine wunderbare Zeit! Das Haus ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt überall warmes Licht und Platz zum entspannen, in den gemütlichen Zimmern, auf der Couch im Wohnbereich oder auf den Terassen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und mit dem Gasherd bereitet es Freude zu kochen. Die Lage des Hauses, inmitten der Altstadt, ist nahe der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants oder perfekt für das Schlendern durch die Gassen Sagunts. Für kleine Ausfahrten zum Meer oder Richtung Inland konnten wir die Fahrräder nutzen , wovon 3 Stück in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung stehen. Kurz um, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden immer wieder zurück kommen!

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Het is een erg mooi appartement. De ruimtes zijn groot en netjes. Het bevindt zich midden in een levendige straat. Dit is erg gezellig , je kan erg makkelijk de stad verkennen. Winkels en restaurants zijn erg dichtbij. Op loopafstand van metro. In de avond en nacht wel veel geluiden van de straat. Dit kan lang doorgaan en in de ochtend ook vroeg weer beginnen. Goed ontvangen en zeer snel in reacties. We raden het zeker aan.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one month in early 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful private terrace right in the heart of the old town of Valencia. The wifi was perfect for me working remotely during my stay and had a nice office space upstairs leading onto the terrace. The place is pretty well stocked for long stays (albeit with no pots, but four mops), and the bed was very comfortable. Marian was a great host and was always quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, I would highly recommend staying with her!

Staying at this apartment was truly a wonderful experience! Everything exceeded our expectations — the place was modern, stylish, super clean, and thoughtfully designed. It had a fancy vibe that made us feel comfortable and a bit spoiled in the best way. A special shoutout to the owner, Emiliano, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always available for anything we needed. Communication with him was smooth and easy from start to finish, and his hospitality made a big difference. We especially appreciated the late check-out and the option to store our luggage after check-out — such a thoughtful and helpful gesture. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service. Thank you again, Emiliano — we hope to be back soon!

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Wir haben uns zu dritt in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung reicht über zwei Etagen, sie ist ruhig, groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen ist wirklich toll. Die Lage ist prima, um (mit einem Auto) Ausflüge nach Valencia und an die Küste zu machen oder zum Wandern in die Berge zu kommen.

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui était propre et très spacieux pour 2 personnes. Il est situé proche de la mer et des lignes de métro donc l’accès au centre-ville est facile. Seul bémole, nous entendions beaucoup les voisins du dessus. Mais c’est un classique des appartements du centre de Valence. Malgré cela nous avons bien dormi car le lit est très confortable et l’appartement est agréable à vivre. Je recommande !

Se trata de una casa de ensueño cercana al centro de la ciudad de Valencia (15-20 mins. en coche) ideal para pasar unos días con amigos. Dispone de todos los enseres necesarios y destaca la comodidad de sus camas y sofás. Por su parte, Juan Carlos ha sido un anfitrión ejemplar que se ha mostrado dispuesto en todo momento para resolver cualquier duda durante nuestra estancia y durante los días previos a nuestra llegada. Sin duda, repetiremos en el futuro.

Wir waren zu sechst über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und das Haus war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. Sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Vermieter und gute Anbindung an die Bahn, um in die Stadt zu fahren (ca 30 min). Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Adriana’s. The villa and pool were amazing! The location is peaceful and quiet. As someone else mentioned, cats do pay regular visits. The only slight negative was we had to wait 60 mins after than the agreed check-in which wasn’t ideal with kids given the heat. This wasn’t Adriana’s fault and she was easy and prompt to communicate with about it. We would definitely recommend this place!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

an ideal home for a quiet holiday. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the gardens and fields. the house has everything for enjoying life. Gabriel was always in touch and helped with everything.the house is very clean and cozy. Valencia can be reached by metro in 15 minutes. be sure to feed the cute cats.

Wir haben die Woche in dem tollen Haus und wunderschönen Garten von Susan sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig, wir waren mit zwei Familien da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Kinder haben viele Tiere im Garten entdeckt und gerne mit dem Hund gespielt. Die Pool und die Terrasse sind riesig und man kann abends den Fröschen lauschen. Susan ist sehr freundlich und cool. Man ist schnell in den Bergen und schnell in Valencia. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!
