Desde que llegamos hasta que entregamos el apto, todo fluyó de manera positiva. Un excelente servicio de parte de Anne y Cécile, recomendado al 100%. Nos encantó la ubicación, la distribución del apto y el trato recibido.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment. The apartment was not only beautiful but also conveniently located. It was just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Moreover, the beach was also within walking distance, which was a major highlight for us. It allowed us to spend some relaxing days by the sea without the need for long commutes. The apartment's aesthetics and its proximity to both the town square and the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and well-located accommodation.

la casa é perfetta per un gruppo di ragazzi, si trova in un punto perfetto perché è a 3 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e 5 minuti dal corso dove ci sono tutti i negozi! il castello di santa barbara é raggiungibile in 15/20 minuti a piedi. Per fare serata vi consiglio "calle castaños" e la discoteca marmarela é raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. La signora é stata veramente molto gentile e ospitale.

The best located apartment! On the nearby side streets, you’ll find the best restaurants, delicious ice cream, and a cozy breakfast café. A beautiful sandy beach is just a couple of blocks’ walk away. The apartment had everything we needed – knives, forks, clean sheets, beach towels, and more. The only thing is that the view from the windows could have been a bit better, as they looked directly into the neighboring building’s windows. But luckily no one lives there, so it didn’t bother us.

La estancia ha sido genial. Todo perfecto. Primero llegó un familiar por lo que no estuve a la llegada y no conocí a Maite pero la persona que la conoció dice que muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, ideal para estancia con familiares o amigos.

Dirk and Annie’s house is the ultimate Airbnb experience. It’s everything that a guest could hope for. Attentive hosts - including home baking, excellent restaurant recommendations and being on hand for our enquiries during our stay. The house itself is homely, with all items that you would need for a holiday in Xàbia. Beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, foldable bikes - the list goes on. There is an abundance of towels, robes and other items to make your stay luxurious. The hot tub and gym were added bonuses. The balconies and garden areas are beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the season for the pool yet but it is very well situated and we are sure it is lovely in the height of summer. The house is walking from the old town and an easy drive from the Arenal beach and the port. Xàbia is a lovely town, with excellent restaurants and a beautiful location. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. It’s a gem, as are the hosts - we do hope to return.

Rosa ya sido muy generosa con sus indicaciones y recomendaciones. nos dejo todos los básicos que no suelen hacerlo en muchos apartamentos. había leche,bizcocho casero,servilletas, aceite,sal café,azúcar,galletas...... la zona está muy cerca del casco con un ascensor al lado para subir. quizás lo único más complicado ha sido el aparcamiento aunque al final siempre encontrábamos dando un par de vueltas un par de calles más abajo.por lo demás todo genial ,limpio y ordenado, televisión en casa habitación,toallas, jabón, papel higiénico...no faltaba nada

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. Alexandra y Antonio han sido encantadores desde el primer momento: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos dejaron incluso un colchón hinchable extra al ver que el sofá cama podía quedarse justo para dos adultos, todo un detalle que demuestra su iniciativa y buena disposición. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado, perfecto para pasar unos días. El baño quizá se queda un poco pequeño si sois seis personas como fue en nuestro caso. La terraza fue todo un plus, desde luego :). Gracias por todo, ¡repetiríamos sin duda!

An ideal location and appartement for staying in Calpe.

salimos ahora del apartamento. Es muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. nosotros éramos 4 y muy bien. todo muy nuevo, limpio, ordenado. urbanización muy tranquila y muy bien ubicada. repetiremos seguro. gracias ciprian por tu amabilidad.

La casa de Francisco tiene el encanto de esas casas familiares hechas desde el cariño. Es muy acogedora y tranquila. La cama es cómoda, el descanso está garantizado, y todo Buñol es un pueblo precioso y con alma donde conservan su historia y tradición. Un placer descubrirlo, y, siempre con ganas de volver. Los anfitriones pendientes y muy comprensivos, nos modificaron la reserva y siempre al quite. El alojamiento y sus anfitriones recomendables cien por cien.

The photos don’t do this Airbnb justice! Such a beautiful house and gorgeous surroundings. The view is stunning, sea view from both bedrooms and the patio, went to sleep every night listening to the waves! Begoña was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and helping us book a taxi to the airport with very prompt answers. Very peaceful place, great to relax. Maybe a 35 min walk to El Campello town which is very doable. Right beside the tram which you can take into El Campello if you don’t want to walk, or other towns. We visited Alicante, Benidorm and Altea which were very accessible by the tram. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Great place to stay in Valencia! We’d definitely book again in the future!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserer Tochter in Valencia sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ideal mit Kind und in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Der Hafen und der Strand waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar und auch mit den ÖV war man rasch im Zentrum. Der Aufzug in den 4. Stock war etwas eng. Wir danken Melanie für die unkomplizierte und äusserts freundlich Kommunikation.

Hemos ido para jugar un torneo de Fútbol y no podríamos haber elegido mejor sitio,buenos restaurantes,todo tipo de comercios y supermercados muy cerca.Totalmente recomendable.

sobre todo destacar la amabilidad de Elena, volveremos seguro, ubicación perfecta en el casco historico.

Appartement idéalement placé, tramway en bas de l'immeuble qui emmène directement aux plages et centre ville. L'appartement est propre , seul petit bémol, l'odeur dans la salle de bain mais commune aux appartements de Valence . Séjour parfait ,prix plus que correct en cette période de Fallas . Merci

If you are looking for some peace and tranquillity, then this is it! Climbing, walking, cycling on the doorstep... or just lounge in their beautiful garden and pool! Large towns and beaches just a 30min drive away. The hosts were on hand but not obtrusive. Conny's eggs and marmalade were the best I've tasted! When my husband hurt his knee (not at the apartment!) they couldn't have been more helpful with hospital information ... they even lent us crutches! We are already looking to rebook later in the year. Thank you x

This space is sophisticated, bright and airy. It's easy to walk to the sites of old town Murcia as well as restaurants and shopping. We loved being able to open the doors and windows to have an amazing view and fresh air. Though we didn't have time for cooking, I really appreciate a place that provides basic ingredients like cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus so we could tidy up our clothes before repacking. Note that the building, including the apartment has an old building odor, as many city buildings do. There is an auto-air freshening unit and opening the windows helps.

La casa estaba super bien ordenada, limpia y con una decoración exquisita. Pasamos unos días muy agradable en familia y Mari luz fue super atenta con nosotros. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento.

appartement wat moeilijk te vinden, maar verder zag het er keurig uit, schoon en een heerlijk bed. 5 min lopen naar het strand. Host is zeer vriendelijk en reageert vlot via de app. Heerlijk flesje wijn op tafel. Wij zouden dit appartement de volgende keer zo weer boeken. Bushaltes voor centrum stad vlakbij en op paar minuten lopen een grote supermarkt. Prima bevallen.
