Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans la maison de Philippe. Elle est spacieuse et nos enfants ont bien profité du jardin. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Philippe en personne mais la communication a été particulièrement fluide et facile. Nous recommandons le logement sans hésitations !

Het Reigersnest: een schitterende plek, prachtig gelegen in een mooie, waterrijke omgeving. Een groot, comfortabel huis met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een ruime veranda, een groot terras en heel veel aangename buitenhoekjes. Wij waren met gans het gezin (3 generaties) en er is echt voor elk wat wils. Dankjewel Esmeralda, wij hadden een prachtig weekend en komen graag terug. Frans en Monique

Hôte très accueillant, logement très agréable, spacieux, au coeur d'un quartier très calme et agréable. De nombreuses balades sont possibles autour, et le logement contient de nombreux choix de jeux / activités. Je recommande vivement !

L’espace séjour est idéal pour un petit groupe. Les vues depuis les chambres sont grandioses. Cela permet un réveil paisible.

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. We had an amazing stay in Spa at Cédric’s house. The house is very well equipped and the surroundings are just beautiful. The wellness area is really nice and so is the beautiful garden with the tiny river. We really enjoyed our time there and are definitely thinking of coming back! Cédric was quick to answer when we needed something. Thanks for everything! :)

Das Haus war wirklich super für uns 8 ausgelegt. Sehr viel Platz, sehr sauber, und super eingerichtet. Zudem gibt es viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten, wie z.B. die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Soundsystem (auch in Küche und Bad) oder viele bereits vorhandene Haushaltsutensilien. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden Jasper's Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, oder vielleicht auch nochmal wiederkommen!

wij verbleven met een groep van 7 stellen. ontvangst en communicatie met Herman liep zeer soepel en makkelijk. uitzicht prachtig. tuin met verschillende zitjes. parkeerruimte voldoende en mooie berging voor de fietsen. fijne ruimtes om te eten en te vermaken. eigenlijk geen op of aanmerkingen. zeer aan te bevelen. gr André

Mooie villa die rustig gelegen is in het prachtige Ardennen. Zeer ruim en netjes. We werden goed ontvangen en kregen duidelijke instructies en tal van aanbevelingen om de buurt te ontdekken. Alles werd prima voorbereidt voor onze aankomst (kamer indeling, kinderstoelen, ...). Bedankt!

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa. Vorallem der Indoorpool und der Jacuzzi haben uns auch an Regentagen viel Freude bereitet. Der Kamin und die geräumigen Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben 4 schöne Tage mit 9 Personen inklusive einem Kind in dieser Unterkunft verbracht! Positiv: tolle Kommunikation, netter Gastgeber, sehr sauber, super gut ausgestattet, schöner Aufenthaltsraum Negativ: insgesamt nur zwei Toiletten vorhanden (es gibt insgesamt zwei Bäder : ein Bad ohne Toilette, ein Bad mit Toilette und eine separate Toilette) , das Bad mit Toilette ist mit einem Schlafzimmer gekoppelt, weshalb wir meist nur die separate Toilette nutzen konnten, weil wir sonst immer durch das gekoppelte Schlafzimmer laufen mussten, um zum Bad zu gelangen. Die obere Etage besteht aus zwei Zimmern und im „Flur“ oben (Durchgangszimmer) steht eine Schlafcouch. Das ist kein eigenes Zimmer, wird hier jedoch als 5. Schlafzimmer mit Schlafcouch bezeichnet. Und: auf der oberen Etage ist weder ein Bad noch eine Toilette (!) Das sind Dinge, die man (gerade wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe anreist) wissen sollte. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had the best time in this beautiful house with a group of friends. The house looks like in the pictures. You can reach Spa easily by foot and the surrounding is stunning. The communication with Alexandre was very easy and he arranged a perfect weekend program for us. I would definitely recommend this house for further group trips!

We had a great Easter family holiday together. The layout of the house worked very well for us. The clever use of putting bathrooms between bedrooms meant that nobody was disturbed even though we had a 2.5 month old and a 15 month old. The garden was lovely for the small dog and the 4 year old. The BBQ worked well. Lots of printed instructions about how to use certain items. The safety aspects; instructions, alarms, extinguishers were very professional. Plenty of seating and a wonderful dining table. I'm sure Steven will have corrected the address by now but it is 14A not 14. My daughter was confused for a while when she stopped at 14 as it did not look like any of the photos! We had pizzas from WoodPizza in Coo one evening. Then lunch at Le Vert de Pommier in La Gleize another day. I really recommend this amazing peaceful house.

I was very happy with our stay in Malmedy at Patrick's accomodation. Everything we needed was there, and for any questions Patrick was available. Patrick was even very accomodating with regards to a mistake made from our side. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille à la ferme des Capucines. Le lieu se prête vraiment bien à des retrouvailles en famille. La qualité d’accueil et les petites attentions de Cynthia et Marc sont vraiment à relevées! Un sapin de Noël était dressé dans le salon et rendait le lieu encore plus familial. Cynthia a mis de l’énergie à nous trouver une prof de yoga pour remplacer la personne qui n’avait pas la possibilité de venir. Le logement a beaucoup de cachet et la nature avoisinante est ressourçante!

Super séjour, La maison est superbe, très calme et très confortable. La communication avec Gilles était très fluide. Je recommande vivement.

Tolles AirBnB mit einer großartigen Ausstattung! Wir hatten hier eine gute Zeit und Noemi war jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar! Absolut zu empfehlen!

We hebben een fantastische midweek gehad in dit prachtige huis. Het huis is schoon, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoewel sommige kamers wat gedateerd aanvoelen, is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en werkt alles prima. De host is super en denkt echt mee. Van tevoren ontvingen we uitgebreide instructies met tips, routes en inspiratie. Ronald was zelf niet aanwezig maar dat was geen probleem. Toen ikzelf niet op tijd aanwezig kon zijn vanwege een sterfgeval en daarom een familielid de sleutel zou krijgen, maakte hij zelfs zelf een appgroep met hen aan. De hoogtepunten van dit huis zijn de heerlijke tuin en het (grote en lekker diepe!) zwembad. Een genot om te zijn. We komen er graag terug!
