From booking to checkout, the experience was top notch. The location, amenities, and cleanliness were more than we could have expected for our family weekend adventure. We felt right at home. Clean and comfortable. I could not speak more highly of Emily and how she has this property setup, her proactive communication, responsiveness, and general friendliness.

The space is on the 3rd floor of a nice brownstone, Bianca was very responsive. The beds are all pretty comfortable! Big plus in a short term rental. The only things that could be better was, the thermostat had a lock box on it so we were unable to adjust that. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no k-cups or coffee. We were there for 2 nights and would come back.

Enjoyed our stay and it was a great place with a dog. The backyard is large and private with nice grass. I was able to be discrete when having the dog take care of business, even with a group staying in the main house. The neighborhood is low traffic and walkable. We couldn’t go to the neighborhood beach with the dog, but Warren Dunes dog friendly beach is <8 miles away. If you don’t have a dog, the beach is very very close. The location was great as it was a short drive to area locations like wineries, beaches and parks, New Buffalo, small shops or bigger stores in Stevensville.

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

This location was peaceful and more importantly family friendly. The basement apartment was set up and thoughtfully decorated. It was perfect for our large family including our 6 granchildren under 9. We had a wonderful visit where we eat play games and talk. It was also nice we could all stay in one apartment at an affordable price. I hope to stay there again on future visits.

Very clean and comfortable.

Super clean, spacious, nice new finishes, great location, comfortable beds. Quick response when we needed an iron! Note that the master bedroom is missing shades on a large sliding door, as pictured, but which we didn’t notice in advance. Would have appreciated shades, but would still stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would recommend it to others. The space was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with a cute little bathroom that added charm. The provided breakfast was a lovely touch and made our mornings feel extra special. That said, future guests may want to be aware that the room doesn’t have an interior lock, which could be a concern for those who value additional privacy. There were also moments when the hosts seemed quite present around the space, which, while perhaps well-intentioned, made the experience feel a little less private at times. Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming place that offers great comfort and convenience—just with a couple of things to keep in mind depending on your personal preferences.

Nice private, quiet place to stay. Stayed longer term due to construction job in the area. Diana was very accommodating and cleaned every week. Did linens, removed trash, provided snacks, water, coffee, etc. Very friendly and flexible. This place works well for me as a construction worker.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the decor in the space. We would gladly stay here again.

Checking into this place, it was easy to notice, Tracy cares and she spent a lot of time thinking about items a guest would want to feel at home. A mini fridge stocked with a variety of beverages, coffee and tea station (as advertised, no true kitchen), and a nice basket of "did you forget an item?" in the bathroom. The unit was decorated nice with local items and it was very clean. wouldn't hesitate to return.

My wife, my mother and I were in town for a family wedding. The place was spotless and in close proximity to everything we needed (including the wedding). Very convenient and comfortable. Good information provided on local restaurants, stores and sights of interest. Free welcome snacks was a nice touch. Madison was very responsive - especially after I accidentally locked us out at one point. Highly recommend. A great place and a great value!

Mike was a great host! Was polite and understand and very helpful. If an issue were to pop up, he would be quick and helpful on a resolution. He also had a good amount of recommendations. Would love to rent from again!

Everything about the property was great. It’s quaint, very clean, super comfortable bed, great linens (I could smell the cleanliness on them like they’d just come out of the dryer). Bathroom was and nice. I could not find any fault in this property at all.

Another wonderful stay. Much needed getaway. Always clean, warm and inviting. I can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect fast weekend escape my partner and I needed!! We loved cooking all our meals in the kitchen (which was amazingly stocked). Lots of cute towns and shops near by as well!!

Accommodations were as described. Jennifer was communicative and responsive. An easy and convenient place to stay.
