The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. It also features a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the spacious back yard with large pool and 2nd patio off the den with small sitting area, water fountain and plants everywhere. The house sits next to a grade school in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint cul-de-sac.

Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
