Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

See on ideaalne koht perepuhkuseks või lihtsalt puhkuseks.Majas on avar elutuba, täielikult varustatud köök ja majas on ka kaks magamistuba, üks tuba on suure voodiga ja teine magamistuba on kahe eraldi voodiga ,mida saab omavahel ühendada ja diivan on lahtikäiv ning seal saab vajadusel ööbida 2 inimest. Majataga on ka terrass, kus on olemas ka terrassimööbel. Maja asub kesklinna lähedal ning lähim toidupood on 1min kaugusel.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
